I had a weird day today.
For the first time in a couple of years, I spent the day at the office. I had a decent amount of exercise and don’t really think I overdid it on food.. however, I did break my established patterns, and in the back of my mind, I feel like I blew it even tho I sorta planned to consume more calories today.
All I can do is focus on the goal. Today probably wasn’t even a setback.. if anything, it’s just anxiety. If it turns out to be more, I’ll just have to review it and figure out how to execute the pattern better.
On the flip side, it was nice to see people again, even if they’re not immediate co-workers. :)
