Binged every night the past week

I (19 F) was 225 pounds at 5’7” back in 2016 but got down to 170 in 2 months by doing keto. Stopped trying for a couple years (gained 30 pounds back :| ) and started calorie restriction + 20k steps a day back after lockdown to get down to around 150 now. I got to my highest weight by compulsively overeating (binging when possible) pretty much everyday. I now have developed horrible restrictive habits sometimes doing 40 hour + fasts just for eating a few hundred calories over my limit. Ever since I got to college in august and have been making my own choices on what to buy, things have been somewhat rough. I went from only eating potatoes for most of September to eating 3-4 thousand calories of candy and chips every night since last Tuesday. I feel absolute disgusting, like bottom feeder most gluttonous pig on the planet disgusting. I don’t know how much weight I’ve gained, and I would be scared to know. I’m so lost and angry. I’m terrified of getting back to my highest weight. It’s a new day now, and I’m determined to make it a much better one. Instead of focusing purely on calorie intake, I think I’ll work on eating for hunger and fueling my body with proper food. It’s a slow process to change life long habits but I know giving up won’t speed it up. If you’re struggling today too, I wish you luck friend!
