Beginners advice?

I’m a 20y/o Woman with a lifelong problem of obesity. I’ve gone through every ED known to man and I’m trying to find some help on how to keep up with decent eating and fitness. I’m 5’6 and weigh between 215 and 220lbs. I struggle greatly with depression and have trouble working out at home. I also can’t afford a gym membership. I desperately want to change but my surroundings and my mind throw me back down like i’m not worthy to change, like I’m not worthy to be happy and healthy. I don’t know why it’s so hard. Does anyone have any tips on keeping up with a regimen/schedule? Anything is appreciated, thank you
