I track all my macros on fitbit with the focus mostly on protein. The amount (or lack thereof) has a pretty evident impact on my satiety and energy levels, plus I want yo avoid losing muscle mass and eventually focus on building a little.
Since food logging, I've noticed I naturally don't eat many carbs, especially processed carbs. Yes I do eat pasta and rice, maybe once a fortnight, a homemade pizza is a monthly treat, and I don't demonise potatoes. I also bake a new cake every month and have a couple of slices within my budget. My staple carbs sources are: new potatoes, vegetables, sometimes fruit (don't have a sweet tooth and never been a big fruit eater), sometimes bran flakes cereal, and whatever trace carbs in other foods like Greek yoghurt. My net carbs are typically under 100g, sometimes as low as 20g, and only go over on a day that includes the carbs I listed above. These days are rare and not the norm.
Others that are following a low carb lifestyle- how many net carbs do you eat daily on average? Some websites say under 150g is considered lc, others under 100g. Information is conflicting
