Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for post weight lifting endorphins & salmon. Gonna eat like a bear. Salmon and berries!
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & remembered my vitamins. I got some sunshine & really enjoyed the fall feel of everything.
