30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 24

Hello losers,

Happy Sunday funday! I hope you're kicking butt and taking names!

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Forgot this morning but had a lovely morning so still winning.

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it!

Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute walk plus new strength routine with actual intent. Pray for my butt muscles. 20/24 days.

Alone time to word vomit into journal: Yup!

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for post weight lifting endorphins & salmon. Gonna eat like a bear. Salmon and berries!

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I drank lots of water & remembered my vitamins. I got some sunshine & really enjoyed the fall feel of everything.
