Hello everyone as the title said I am 15 about 5,10 and 260 pounds. I have struggled with my weight for over half my life. I have tried to lose weight before but have never been able to stay motivated enough. this time around I have the help of some adhd medicine and the thought that my life will fail if I don’t get in shape so now is the time.
MEAL PLANS I don’t even know where to start with this I have never tries to even make a meal plan because my family isn’t that well off but we recently got help with food so I was thinking I just eat the same thing everyday because routine is very important to me. Can I get some suggestion on what I need in a balanced diet.
Fitness
I plan on walking everyday gradually go up in distance over time. I plan to switch to bike riding once I save up a enough money to buy one.
I really hope I can actually stay motivated this time and I hope I don’t sound stuck up asking for so much help it’s just really overwhelming thanks you reading.
