After trying just about everything, I finally saw a nutritionist and I believe I'm on the path to find what really works for me. I feel like intermittent fasting just isn't for me, and I need something that will break a fast in the morning to get me to lunch. This usually is either almond milk in my coffee or tea, lemon juice, or something else. My plan is to keep drinking a good amount of tea, coffee, water, or whatever other 0 calorie drink I have on hand in the morning and throughout the day to curb hunger, and a 100 calorie snack to help me get to lunch.
So far my ideas are one egg and some veg, veg and a lower calorie dip, cheese sticks and some deli meat. Does anyone have any other suggestions for something nutritious, around 100 calories, and can help tide me over in the morning?
