When did you start to notice results?

I understand that it takes time and fully accept that, just wondering from y’all’s personal experience.

I’m on week 6 of strong curves. I watch my portion sizes but not restrictive of what I eat/calorie counting. I try to get in as much protein as I can without “over eating” but I might not be getting enough. It’s definitely not close to the 1g/1lb ratio but I’m working on it.

When I started(I’m 5’3) I was 170 and now I am at 166. My waist and arm measurements went down from 36” to 33”, 14”-13” respectively. I feel like I don’t notice any difference in the way I look though. Maybe my legs and arms seem a little more toned but I haven’t noticed any significant fat loss.

I’m not giving up but it might help me to have some kind of timeframe to look out for and to keep me on my toes. Thanks!
