Postpartum plateaus

Hello! I’m 10 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding. This is my third baby, so I’m not naive to how hard it generally is for me to drop when I’m breastfeeding but this was my last baby and I’m very motivated to start losing the weight this time a little faster (like not taking 2 years!). I’ve been tracking with the lose it app. It has me eating about 1800 net calories and my goal is every day to break a sweat - I usually do peloton, walk a lot, or jog. 3x a week I do strength training with a trainer (just started that about a week ago).

I started the lose it tracking August 10. I was adding breastfeeding as exercise and it has you eat those calories back. Each week I steadily dropped the extra breastfeeding slowly to make sure it didn’t affect supply. I would say I’m about 3 weeks into not eating those calories back.

I started august 10th at 167. Today I’m 166.7. For the last month or so my weight just hovers around 165-168. It’s frustrating to feel totally stalled out already. I’ve tried increasing exercise over the last week or so.

I have it set to lose 1.5lb a week. Do I up my deficit? Increase exercise? Both? Keep chugging along?
