My family orders a lot of food during dim sum, we only have 3 people mom, sister and I. My mom and I know my sister doesn’t eat that much and I’m trying to eat healthier, but the problem here is that I eat the healthy foods I ordered but my mom would order spring rolls and other unhealthy stuff and doesn’t eat it. And I’m there just being tempted. I tell them it bugs me and then they tell me, “ we’re not forcing you to eat it” or “we can package it home” which leads me to another point, they throw it away in a few hours with no one eating it. It’s really hard for me to have self control or stuff like that. What should I do ?
