26 y/o Autistic Female Looking for Advice to Become Healthier

Hello. I am from Canada and I have joined here to try to get some advice about losing weight. I am very overweight for my height with a high BMI (categorically obese). I have been overweight since about junior high school ( ~ age 12-14). I have especially been struggling since 2016, when I moved out on my own. I have autism spectrum disorder and find it very difficult to be motivated, especially without any firm assistance. I am planning to sign up for Jenny Craig, as it gives pre-portioned and very straight-forward meals to eat, along with planned timings for meals and snacks. I am worried that I will not like the food (as I am a picky eater, mostly due to texture sensitivities). Does anyone have experience using Jenny Craig? Additionally, does anyone who is autistic have any advice they could possibly share about losing weight in a healthy way?
