Today is day 2 in a row of overeating for me. Feeling pretty crappy. I've been overall doing well since November of last year... started at 292 (I'm 6'1")was down to 226 by May. But since then it's slipped. A lot of stress in my life; roommates fighting and trying to find a new place to live. I'm up to 22 45 now. Probably 247 after this weekend.
I'm really angry at myself for this. I knew about halfway through the day yesterday that I was going off the rails. I have my meals prepped for the week and I'm ready to try again tomorrow, but it just feels like my day falls apart without structure. That my eating is either amazing (primarily vegetarian/vegan diet, abt 1200-1500 cals per day and 6x per week exercise of rowing, jogging, kettlebells and weights), or I'm eating waaaaay too much even though I know I shouldn't.
How do you all recognize when your eating is getting out of control? How do you stop? How do you get back on track in the middle of it?
Now to go find some Kleenex and pesto bismol.
