Hi everyone! I feel like I just hit a big milestone in my self-improvement and I wanted to share. I'm a sufferer of PCOS and in recovery for disordered eating, but for the last three weeks I have been able to stay strong, binge free, and I've even lost 8 pounds! I feel very successful right now and I want to remember how this feels for when times get tough again. I haven't felt this positive about my journey in a very long time.
Is anyone else having a similar success? What are you doing to help you stay accountable? I have some great tools that I would love to share, but also I would love to hear about your journeys.
