I'm a 25F, 5"2 and I don't know my exact weight at the moment but last time I weighed myself I was around 97 kg (213 lbs).
In July I moved house and shortly after that I got my first Covid vaccine. Moving house was very stressful for me and the vaccine made me really sick. So during that time period I started to slip. I didn't eat as healthy anymore, didn't go to the gym anymore (before I went 4x a week). I fell back into old habits.
In the meantime I quit my desk job because it made me very unhappy and went back to working as a waitress. Plus side from this is that I walk a lot now every day between 10-20k steps a day (10-13 during a normal shift and 20 when I work a double shift). I have also lost weight since I started this job as I am down a clothing size.
But the problem is that when I have free time I don't have the energy/motivation to cook healthily and I have a very hard time getting myself motivated to go to the gym.... I go kickboxing once a week and that's about it.
I wonder if I would get myself to cook healthy and to keep going to my kickboxing class once a week it's good enough to consider myself "back on track". Another concern is that I am losing too much muscle mass, which will have me end up with a lot of loose skin if I am not careful...
Thanks for reading my little "rant" if you've come this far. :-) Sorry if there are any mistakes, English is not my first language.
