i don’t have any equipment and for the time being, can’t get me a gym membership, ive been doing running for two months, but i’m getting bored of it and i want a more defined body while dropping fat.
if i do at home workouts (specifically pamela reif workouts) can they actually work to lose weight and drop fat --> define shape ? her workouts usually get a bit of a burn out of me but i am always extremely skeptical of youtube workouts
i would do them consistently of course and more than once a day.
i’ve always forced myself to run instead because i know it’s a more sure way to burn calories, but i really am starting to not like running and would like to try these, please lmk and tell me your experience ! i don’t mind much for weights because i’m really just trying to slim down and get thinner
