For about two years I've tried to tone up/lose some weight. I'm not overweight, I'm 165cm and my weight is 63 kg.
For two years I've benn working out four times a week (pilates, jogging, yoga, and some strength training), and I eat about 1500-1800 calories a day, of healthy, unprocessed foods. I feel like I'm doing everything "right". However, my body isn't changing at all. My weight has been stuck at 63 kgs since I was 19 years old, and my body doesn't look any different now than what it did two years ago. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Do you guys have any idea what I could do differently?
