My first two weeks of cutting - Unrealistic results?

Hello there, new to this sub.
I just started cutting two weeks ago, and has been getting two measurements with two weeks apart.
But I feel that the results seem somewhat unrealistic. I lost quite a large amount of bodyfat, but traded almost all of it for lean muscle mass.

Anyone who can explain this?
Bonus info: I have been a vegan for 5 years, and just recently began eating meat again two months ago, could this be the cause of this? I might have been lacking several amino acids, as well as protein following the vegan diet.

Also I eat at a 500 calories deficit.
