SW: Error (155kg+) CW: 137.6kg GW: 99.9kg (?)
We still at it!
Averaging 1-1.5kg a week which if I can keep up I’ll be fuckin’ buzzin’. Getting married next May so if I can do 1kg a week I’ll be a stones throw from my goal weight by the big day.
I’m still doing ‘The Man Shake’ and ‘My Muscle Chef’ for the most part. I’ve knocked the piss on the head pretty much entirely - I’ve had 1 ‘piss up’ which, if I compare to before I changed my ways, could have just been any random night towards the arse end of the week so I’m very happy with my conviction.
In terms of exercise I fucked myself up doing Switch Fit Adventure (dead embarrassed about it) so had to put the brakes on that for now. However, after a week’s recovery I started to take the dogs out on an increased walk. We go 1 to 2 hours a day depending on the podcast/music/weather.
It’s hotting up round here so I’m really hoping a little extra sweat for the next 9 months will do me the world of good.
