TDEE What excersize category am I in?

Hello! I am a 5'5" female at 177 pounds. I have lost 120 pounds and want to get further down to 135.

I excersize 6 days a week. 3 days I do running 2.5 miles. 3 days I do weight lifting for a few hours[Full body splits, Average of 12-15 machines each time] and rowing [erg] training for the row team for a few hours.

Am I safely in the high excersize category or am I still in moderate? Or which category would you choose if you were in my shoes for calories?

I've been struggling for a few months to get my weight down further. It seemed to hault a few months back and has not wanted to budge since, and I feel like some of it has to do with loose skin but some of it might be just haveing too little experience with adjusting for a higher level of activity.

Too little and I obviously risk injury and don't recover as quickly too, too high and I still don't get anywhere. I have have trying to listen to my body but it's deffinetly not been very intuitive for me. Any help would be appreciative.

Thank you!
