Hey Guys! I'm Maple, an 18 year old female from the US. I'm 215lbs right now, and my end goal is 130lbs.
Small problem though... Okay BIG problem. I am terrified of exercise. Even if it's just going on walks with other people, I freak out and have a panic attack. My gym teacher actually had me avoid filling out the fitness trackers we had to do over quarantine because I'd panic while filling them out.
I WANT to exercise, and my dorm building has a gym but there are almost always the "skinny girls" or football kids in there. And I KNOW they're nice, but exercising around others scares me so bad.
I want to loose weight for my horses. I'm 90% sure my weight cause my horse's injury forcing her to retire. And I want to train a young horse one day but I know I won't be able to keep up with it in the state I am.
Does anybody else have this problem with exercise? Nobody else seems to understand. Any help is appreciated, or just a friendly comment ♥️
