Hey. I'm 5'2", and I weigh about 115kg (200+ pounds I believe) and uh. Yeah, as the title says, I struggle to lose weight.
I do try and exercise as much as I can, but more often than not I am. not motivated enough, because of my severe depression. I don't know how to just stand up and go do it. I know there are many benefits to working out, but I feel like I just.. can't be bothered.
As for dietary, I mostly eat everything (mostly junk food which I know is Not Good), but I have tried to eat vegetables.. unfortunately, my taste buds and teeth do not agree with the flavor or texture of most vegetables so I end up spitting them out like a child. It really sucks.
If anyone with similar issues has some advice, I'd really appreciate it.
