So I have been mostly a fat slob and a couch potato for the last 6-7 years. I weight between 100-103 kilos. Around a month ago I was going through youtube and stumbled upon a video of a youtuber called Nikocadoavocado. I saw his first video that he ever posted and then the most recent one. That right there disturbed me to my very core. I was at my lowest point by weighing 105.5 kilos, which was considered my all time high. That was the day I officially decided to change my lifestyle. I fully cut bread, sugar, fast-food, processed food and eating after 6 pm. For the last month I have going to the gym for 6-7 times a week. My cheat day only consists of doing cardio. But on other days (2-3 times a week) I also do lifting and chest workouts to get rid of my man boobs. I work with a professional trainer, so that I know what I am doing. So far its been a month and I am now 95.4 My dietitian told me that for someone that is 1.80 meters in height I should weight around 75-78 kilos. Thats my goal in the long run. My apple watch has been a huge inspiration as well. My daily burned calories is around 1400-1750 calories.
