Starting From Scratch

Hey guys,

This post is going to be a bit vulnerable for me, but I really need some advice and getting back on track.

Backtracking a bit, I’m 21 years old, female, and I got pretty into losing weight when I had turned 19-20ish, dropped about 85 lbs. I had pretty physically active jobs and would hit the gym occasionally and walk a lot. I went from 285 to 200 in less than a year, was strict and counted my calories, would eat maybe (1200-1500) daily.

I’m 5’6, and around the 280 mark again, pretty much just gained it all back and feel pretty bad. My job now is pretty sedentary, but I need some advice, or some buddies to have goals with and lose weight. I really felt great when I was down. I need that again. I’m insecure af, and want to be healthier. There’s no excuses to me gaining the weight back, I just let it happen. I’m willing to go hard again back at it. Thank you.
