I went from 6’4 285 pounds at the end of my senior year of HS to 206 pounds at the end of my Freshman year of college.
During the summer I gained about 9 pounds, putting me back at 215 which isn’t massive but I know I lost a bit of muscle and my conditioning is lacking.
If I followed a strict diet of 750 cal deficit, 220 grams of protein a day and workout regiment of 2.5hrs a day, 6 days a week.
What kind of changes in my body would i expect every month?
Additionally, does anyone have any recommendations for workouts/challenges that would really break me? I want to push myself.
Any foods in particular I need to be eating or staying away from?
It’s my dream to be a “machine”
