Need to not eat fast food when stressed. Where do I start

Today I went to Wendy’s and ate 2 burgers, then feeling angry and guilty afterwards. I had a solid few months of eating healthy to the point that fast food would actually taste bad. But stress like I’m feeling lately is what drives me over that newly made hump and back to bad habits. Actually, not even back, lately it’s been the worst it’s EVER been, my fast food habits. What do I do to get the ball rolling again? In the past it was just scarcity of options combined with the mentality of weightloss so that I’ve lost 30 in the past year. I’ve only gained 5 again, but that was pretty quickly at only 2 weeks. I desperately need some guidance. My parents are also no longer an anchor, at least unless I explicitly asked them to help somehow.
