Do I Need To Slow Down?

So I've been at around 230 pounds for a while (highest being 250), and I decided around 2 weeks ago that I wanted to change. I've told myself that before but this time its different. I started paying attention to portion sizes, I've started counting my calories, I drink a lot of water, I've been hitting the gym around 6 times a week, I eat healthier meals. The only thing I'm really kind of winging right now is the strength training I'm doing. I don't just feel good, I feel amazing. I have way more energy then I used to. I weigh myself every morning and find that I've lost another pound. This morning I've found myself at 218-220 pound. I feel good but then I realized that this might not be healthy. Are there any negative side effects to what I might be doing?
