So I’m starting my journey trying to become healthier and happier. A year off from covid and a lot of time spent inside has me obese with high blood pressure . My goal weight is 199lb if I make it it would be the first time since I was 18 that my weight would start with a 1.
I’m planing on doing a simple calorie count aiming for 2000 a day. I also joined the gym that I’m going to 3 nights a week to start.
I’m hoping to get there in about a year and a half to two years. I know slow and study is better in the long run.
My starting stats: Age 37 Height 6 feet tall Weight:285 Chest: 52in Belly: 52.5in Belt line: 47in
I’m really hoping to be a success story one day. I know I emotionally eat and that’s going to be the hardest things to change.
