i've (23 F) never had a healthy relationship with food/my body, and ever since high school i've been losing/gaining weight on/off. i've never been at an unhealthy weight, but my issue is i'd lose way too much at once because i'd be incapable of eating, mostly due to stress. as a result, i'd never been able to shed weight gradually, and would either lose ~20 lbs at once and then gain it back all at once. after years of this pattern, my legs have become absolutely filled with cellulite/stretch marks, and they have a lumpy appearance. recently i also noticed that when i push against my abdomen, i feel little lumps of fat underneath. while that part of my body looks "fine," my legs make me feel quite insecure. additionally, when losing weight, i'd never exercised lol, which probably made matters even worse. i started working out about a year ago but stopped because i'd overdone it and hurt myself, but i'd really like to get back into the swing of things. however, i'd really like to receive advice on how to deal with the cellulite/stretch marks, as well as the dimpling/lumpiness.
thank you so much in advance!!
