I've used Loseit for a long time and the past few days was the first time I've ever logged a binge (normally I just stop logging at all when it happens and log on 'good days').
But to actually physically see that when I binge I can be 1000-2000 calories over budget just from that is actually very motivating for me. Now im going to use those logs as a way of reminding myself what happens when I do binge (obviously there will be some days where I go way over budget but there is a difference between a few days of being on holiday and eating more than usual and a binge where its me at home with the cupboard).
