I made a mistake. I've been on medical leave from work and have essentially become a hermit. I just stayed indoors almost this entire time. Mostly sitting down.
A few days ago now my feet started to swell. Which was concerning. But I elevated them and all was good. But now, days later, I'm clearly experiencing some circulation issues to that area. Based on Google results and talking to medical workers I know, it's likely this is just from extreme inactivity.
I want to change this. The #1 thing seems to be getting active, but... it feels counter intuitive because I feel like when I'm standing my feet just get more swollen.
Should i just go for a long ass walk and see what happens?
