So, I [21 year old, 199Kg, 188cm height] started dieting from July and I lost 6Kg in 1 month, I ate under 1700 calories and exercised a little. I was so happy when I lost more than what I expected.
But in the last 30 days, I cheated multiple times, I admit, I did diet normally for atleast 10 days, but that was it.
My cheat day is once a month but I ate fast food, snacks and high calories of non veg Food and I never exercised once.
So I was really anxious when I was about to take my weight measurement today, but surprisingly, I still lost 3 Kgs...
I went from 208Kg to 199Kg... I actually went under 200Kg! Is this normal?
I heard that people loose weight quickly until they hit a certain weight, after which they have to put more effort, so is this because I am still at my early stage? I ate nothing but fried fish, boiled eggs, fried chicken and fried rice, they were certainly not controlled, I ate much more like I usually did before I started dieting, infact I also ate a lot of snacks, like full packs of Pringles and lays, etc.
