What do you do when you hit a rut?

Feeling like I’ve hit a rut over the last 2 weeks, and not feeling much motivation to get out of it. I know two weeks is not a lot. I am not “behaving” terribly or anything. I just feel…lethargic? Tired? Idk?

I’ve been celebrating my wins: -So far, I’ve lost 26 lbs (24 to go!) -I am 5lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight, all before my bub turns a year. -I am running again. -80% of my clothes fit (differently, but hey! -I’m not done yet!) -I had debilitating foot pain after pregnancy and gaining so much weight, and it’s GONE (hence, running again) -I’ve lost over 18 inches off my body -I’ve lost half my goal

It feels great to write these out, it does help.

But…yeah. Now that I am down to chipping away at the 25 lbs I gained before pregnancy…just, meh.

So, what do you like to do to fill your motivation bucket up?
