I'm trying to create a new habit by posting here regularly. Maybe I'll just share my progress, road bumps, new things I've discovered to make the journey easier...
I started the journey at 250 and am now around 212. Last week, I got down to 210 and will probably weigh in tomorrow at around 213-214. I had a pretty big weekend food-wise. It was incredible but I will pay for it! I logged everything.
My goal is 190. I have been stuck around 215 for months. It's not because I didn't count calories. I just snack a lot and go over my budget. It's that simple.
I visited my doctor recently though and she said I need to lose the weight and that it's important. I'm also getting married on October 30th so I'd love to be close(r?) to my goal by then.
As always, I'm open to suggestions! I'm serious about this but basically just lack that much needed discipline to push to the finish line 😄
