I feel myself toning but i need a little more help!

Been doing a bit of cardio alternation everyday (10 mins hiit, 10 mins toned arms & 10 mins glutes and thighs as well as an hour walks daily) for awhile now. I want to go into weight training but I've got no friends to go with me or teach me unfortunately & i don't own much equipment at home.

Although i stopped for 2 months, I've started back up 2 days ago and planning to shed all my fats and gain muscles, especially in the stomach, arms and thigh areas.

I am a skinny fat woman! So my weight is pretty low, saying 42kg at 155cm. My concern is that I've been eating unhealthy food lately because work stresses me out and t's my source of release :-( so I've been eating stuff like pizza, instant noodles, boxed mac and cheese, banana milk, sliced cheese, fast food and pastries!

I want to cut them out from my diet but I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone give me advice on substitute foods that are satisfying but also nutritious and healthy?
