Over the past couple weeks I have started to get back into working out and running. I am running a mile/day and working out 3-4 times a week.
However each day that goes by makes it harder and harder for me to be able to perform up to my best ability because of the extreme soreness I experience. The worst areas are in both of my calves and thighs, as well as right at the inside of my elbows (not my biceps, it’s a weird feeling).
I’ve always had problems with these areas throughout my life when I used to play sports, but I thought after two or so weeks the pain would eventually go away.
I have only drank water during these weeks and plenty of it so I don’t think that’s the problem. I have also gave myself a rest day each week.
Am I just being impatient and these pains will eventually go away? Or do you think something else is the problem.
