How to curb intense cravings for junk food when drunk?

I (23f) am trying to lose the last 5 lbs and I don’t want to make any unhealthy or changes in order to do so. I want to maintain my weight for life, so it’s important to me that I develop sustainable, healthy habits.

The issue: I love going out to bars and parties with my friends. I feel like I have to sacrifice that in order to lose weight. I am a lightweight and stick to low (or zero) calorie mixers, and have 3 drinks max when I go out (which is maybe once a week). But I feel like I completely derail my progress because when I get drunk, I eat a ton of rich, unhealthy, sugary foods and then feel so terrible and guilty the next morning. Has anyone else overcome this? I really don’t want to give up drinking!
