I am 41 M 5'10" at about 360 pounds. I have made several attempts to loose weight but havent succeeded.
As teenager, i used to be about 250, with heavy exercises and weight training I dropped to about 170. I was into boxing back then.
Then i had a motobike accident and i injured my left knee and had to stop with all activities. Then over the years of being in desk job, having a bad life style, eork hours, food habbits ... i gained a lot of weight.
Covid further aggravated the issues and now i have severe backache, because of which i am unable to walk too. Thankfully, its not a slip disk, but back muscles are very weak.
I am sick of being this way and want to make permanent changes to life, but dont know where to begin.
- I have no knowledge of nutition. Pointor to any reliable source would be appreciated .
- I dont know where to begin and how to proceed.
- Any reliable guide to healthier recipies? Because i may have to start with controlling diet, drop some weight snd then start walking
