so i eat some times 2000 calories and gain weight on the scale sometimes i eat more and lose weight sometimes i eat less and i stay the same and i am so fucking confused, sometimes i'd eat pizza and still lose wieght
i am 188 lbs, 6ft, male, 19, i do cardio daily ( running 10mph for 5 mins which bunrs about ) and around 30-40 mins of lifting, also very active i move alot, what do you think my maintinance should be?
its about 2999 ( which makes since to why i dont gain much wieght at alls mostly 0.25-0.5 wieght fluctuations ) but still i eat 2000-2400 and i still stuck lol
it could be water weight tho ( i sometimes ate sodium ) AND I SHOULD ALSO TRACK THAT? what can i do to lose the water weight ?
