Hi Reddit, my doctor has told me that I need to lose weight over the course of 3 months before 2022. I have a medical condition such as prediabetes which is my most serious one. I am 172cm and 80kg (male) and my doctor told me to lose 5-6kgs. I have searched the internet and I have decided to go with Daddy Noel's calorie deficit pan. I am planning to eat less than my maintenance weight and swap out for healthier foods. I have started running in the morning and shooting hoops in the afternoon and with my home gym coming very soon to my house. I am planning to work out as much as possible and eat less with healthier food options. This is my current plan to lose up to 6 kgs of weight any feedback or suggestion to improve this plan would be greatly appreciated.
