Should I track my macros? Been religiously tracking cals overall wondering about the next step

Hi all,

I'm still relatively new to this and would appreciate any insight. I have been tracking everything I eat over the past 3 weeks exactly and I have seen progress, however its slowed down quite a bit. I understand that this probably has to do with my body's metabolism catching up and so my question basically stems from the larger question of.. what do i do next?

I'm still eating in a calorie deficit and going on daily walks, but overall still not exercising as much as I would like to because I often feel tired (probably my iron deficiency). Should I take the counting more in depth and track macros to fit my TDEE cutting numbers? What is the most efficient way to do this by hand? (I dont really like apps)

I feel good that I've stuck to my current plan consistently but I'm a bit worried that I'll lose motivation and for the last few days my urge to eat has been as strong as it was before.
