Much like a lot of guys, I've always wanted to see my abs clearly defined. I started working out again in May this year and dropped to my goal body weight of 170 pounds. At this weight however, I am not able to clearly see my abs, and cutting down more would make my even smaller than I really want. So I'm asking for advice as to whether I should stick it out for a few more pounds, or start working on trying to actively build muscle.
I know that at some point I'm the only one that can make that determination, but I wanted to know if anyone has advice on this that has maybe gone through a similar situation.
