Hello .. do you guys think really there is some people bloated ( all body no belly only ) when eating over certain amount of carbs ? When i reduce carbs ( not keto ) my body looks leaner ... i dont know why
When i eat ( specially flour and rice and sugar ) my body really is like covered with puffiness ...... do you think some people do well with lower carb? Because i see people looks lean and shredded but eat carbs alot an i am talking about puffiness with moderate carb not a vvvvery high carb diet ....... i know everybody is different but is this a very real think like i see on my self? Or just imagination ?
