For starters, i’ve been overweight almost my whole life. Really no discipline when it came to eating whatsoever. I hit a major tipping point in December 2019 when I realized I was nearing almost 300 pounds (as a 6’2 guy). I was categorized as obese and I was ashamed. I spent most of 2020 and quarantine times trying to get my self in shape, and for the first time in a long time, I can say i fit into a Large instead of a 2XL. Down from a 40” waist to a 34”. A little bit over halfway through 2021, I can proudly say I am nearing my goal weight and i’m sitting at 207, and my confidence has skyrocketed. I just wanted to share and tell everyone it’s not easy. It takes so much discipline and commitment which can be very difficult because of so much temptation. I hope i can inspire people to keep going because I’m not going to stop until I reach my goal weight of 190, and neither should you. Keep it going!
