Friday! We've made it. I hope your day was just lovely. I picked up a rental car today & it's a Dodge Charger. I'm quietly a bit of a gear head & boy howdy did it make my day.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Let me double check I put it in this morning. Yep.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it kiddos. A little higher than I'd like. I'll finish with a 500 ish deficit & I'm comfortable with that. Hey. Maybe that's how I need to be measuring this. I hate all the guestimating that may entail but, that's worth revisiting. I'm still brewing this over.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 2/3 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Made some lists & am ready to roll into the weekend.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my friend's recipe for breakfast sausage, the Charger rental car I get to drive for a bit, good coffee & good company. Also, I watched a Tiktok where someone helped a squirrel & it made me love the human race a little more.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful for choosing to drink lots of water, remember all my vitamins & I'm grateful that I made sure to get some kicking produce so I would have delicious snacking options.
