Friday! Looks like we made it!

1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): On it today. Went to the market. Lots of ready to roll veggies.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 8/10 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Would like to hit this up before bed. Did a little during the day today.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for my partner making some damn fine eggs, the availability of media everywhere & how easily we can now share stories on the internet.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. I'm grateful for drinking lots of water, for the much needed connection with a human being in my support network that I scheduled & I'm grateful to future me for a long shower.
