Should I log / how do I log Splenda and non-stick oil spray?

Hi everyone I've been counting calories and been running a deficit since May 1st I've lost 35 lb and I'm so close to hitting my goal weight which is about 10 pounds away.

I hit a plateau for a while so I made some adjustments and it seems like I'm back on track I've lost a pound or two since that point.

I've started every morning by eating a large volume meal. 1.5 cups Old fashioned oats almond milk and powder peanut butter and raw cocoa powder. With 2 cups Frozen sliced strawberries. With vanilla extract.

And that's great for keeping me satiated and full longer. But the kicker is I throw in about a literal handful of Splenda in there. And I never log Splenda or non-stick spray ever. And I was wondering if that maybe hindering my progress in any way?

So I was wondering if I should and how could I log calories for both Splenda and non-stick spray oil like a canola spray thanks everyone!
