So i have a coworker who works in another dept and he posted a pic of him on social media looking buff, shredded, with a 6 pack and all, saying it took him 7 weeks. I was astounded compared to how he looked before.
I messaged him to inquire further about what he did and im kinda bewildered by his answer because it kinda goes against what people normally do to lose weight and get muscular.
This is what he told me:
Routine: jogging 2 miles a day every day for 7 weeks.... I asked "no weightlifting?" And he said "just running mostly".
Diet: breakfast was a bagel by itself. Lunch was a toasted roll w/ tomato, onion and lettuce. Dinner was a "small" protein meal.
I didnt calculate all of this but it sounds like its waaay under 1000 calories. Also it sounds kinda protein deficient.
Is this even possible or am i missing something here?
