The scale triggers me, so I found another way.

After a horrible experience with a nuitritionist who had me weigh myself every day, I find the scale very triggering. So I bought a simple shirt in sizes ranging from 3XL - S and will use that to measure my progress.

I'm really bad with tape measures; I'm either too lazy, don't have time or I keep doing it wrong so this seems simpler.

I never see any changes in my body so I think this will help. Has anyone ever done this? Or what other ways have you kept track?

Auto mod says it is too little content so I will add a bit more: I don't want to rely on the scale anyways. I have PCOS and my weight fluctuates like a yo-yo. And that woman just hammered into me that the fluctuations were my fault cuz I didn't follow her diet to a T (not having 5 green teas, or the plain Lettuce with tomato and cucumber, no dressing. Just force it down my throat) and not a normal bodily function.

It made me realise that any nutritionist worth their salt would not use the scale as a measurment tool. My dietician actually told me not to at all but to measure with tape instead. But like I said earlier, tape measure is not the best for me, though I will keep milestone measurements and measure when I want to buy a bra.

I will let you all know if it works for me or not!

Hope everyone is well and healthy ❤️
