Stuck at same weight. Any help would be appreciated

Hello I started my diet back in december, I'm 5 10 and 18 years old. At that time I was 182 lbs. Then I basically started binging for a couple months and quit. So in March, I decided to try again to diet and I got down to around 175 to 170 lbs by Mid April. Then I quit dieting again. Finally in Start of June, I started again to diet, and I was 170 lbs at the time. I was around 158 lbs at close to end of June but now I am at 155 to 156 lbs and I noticed that I have been at this weight range for around a couple weeks or maybe even more now. I noticed I was at 158 then after 1 or 2 week I would be 157 or 156 then now I'm 155 to 156 lbs. I do feel looser in clothes though.

I have couple questions now. First, is this normal? Am I doing anything wrong or am i in a plateau I'm just very unsure on what this is and what to do. Do I just need to keep doing what I have been doing or cut my calories even lower. My maintaince right now I got from the calculator is 2350 so I have been eating close to 1850 or a little over this amount daily. I just dont know.

2nd questions is: should I keep cutting to get abs or do something else? Although I have lost some weight, I still have belly fat I want to lose to get abs but I'm afraid that I will be too skinny if I cut too low for them. I have been also doing resistance training 3 times a week, using a resistance band only, during my deifict; as well as having around .8 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. Just not sure where to go from here.

I appreciate all input to try and help.
