Hello. I’m(16f/ 5’3 / SW: 205 / CW:187) fairly new to the community, and I would love to meet new people that want to strive for weight loss habits that include(but are not limited to):
•Adhering to a calorie deficit
•Daily water consumption
•Fasting
•Daily exercise
•Follow methods to ease stress
•Follow health recipes
I began my weight loss journey in June ,and since then I’ve had my ups and downs. Throughout this I’ve learned that the secret to weight loss is consistency ,and that my journey is nowhere near perfect. Since then I’ve lost 18 lbs/8.165 kg despite having my fair share of "bad days". As the title suggests, in order to stay consistent, I'm hoping to make an accountability partner. Right now I'm open to anyone that is in it for the long term, to offer mutual accountability and support. Our interaction doesn’t have to strictly be accountability, we can also send weight loss related videos, healthy recipes, daily motivation, etc. I can’t wait to hear from you soon. Thank you!
